What is home staging?
From outside curb appeal to inside storage solutions, furniture and art placement,
organizing, cleaning, de-cluttering and the colours on the wall... these ALL help
create a positive first impression when selling your home or condo. At Ready Set Show
our mission is to stage your home to make it easy for a potential homebuyer to imagine
living in your home.
How does home staging work?
First our home staging team determines the level of home staging work required and if
any furniture rentals are necessary. Ready Set Show team will spend the day rearranging,
reorganizing & redesigning your home. We will "showcase" your homes finest features,
downplay its weaker points while ensuring your home will be attractive to the broadest
group of buyers.
What does home staging cost?
The cost for staging a home is based on the size of the home or property and the amount of
home staging/ redesign
work required. We quote on a per project basis.

What is the minimum rental period for furniture, home decor and accessories, and cleared artwork?
Home staging furniture, home decor, accessories and cleared art rentals are available on a monthly basis (1-31 days).
For special events, TV, film & commercial production, Ready Set Show rentals are available on a weekly basis.
What are the delivery costs for furniture, home decor, accessories and cleared artwork?
Moving charges depend on the amount of furnishings being shipped. The cost for an
"average" load (3 ton truck) is $200.00 per direction (delivery & pick up). 5 ton
truck (larger load) is $300.00 in each direction. For very small and very large loads
- rates would need to be confirmed. These rates are subject to change. Please confirm
all delivery pricing at time of rental.
Do you set up the rental furniture and then pick up once the sale is made?
If Ready Set Show is hired for installation/home staging services, we will set up the
furnishings, and rewrap, pack and pick up all furniture, decor, art work and accessories
once your home or condo is sold!
If you are renting furniture only, Ready Set Show movers will place the rental furniture
in the appropriate rooms. Our movers will not unpack or “rearrange” the rental furnishing
or the homeowners personal furnishings. If this service is required, we would need to
arrange the extra time in advance. You will be required to wrap and pack the furniture
prior to pick up.
How can we place an order for furniture rentals?

to choose your furnishings. Our furniture, home decor, accessories and cleared art work
inventory is changing daily. If you know what you want, please
contact us by phone or email and we can hold the furniture for a day or two until you come
into the showroom to pay.
We really like the furniture displayed on your web site. Does Ready Set Show also sell furniture and home decor?
Yes absolutely. Visit the Ready Set Show showroom in North Vancouver
to choose your furnishings. Our furniture, home decor,
accessories and cleared art work inventory is changing daily.
Where can we view Ready Set Show's inventory of home staging products?
We are currently updating our web site so only a small sample of our home furniture,
home decor and accessories and art work are for
viewing on our site. Our
furniture inventory changes
daily so it's best to
visit us at the Ready Set Show showroom in North Vancouver.
Is there a minimum to how much stuff we can rent from Ready Set Show?
There is no minimum. You can rent one item or enough to completely furnish a vacant
property.
What about insurance?
The rental items are not insured once they leave Ready Set Show. If our delivery service
is used, the furnishing and home decor will be insured during delivery. You are
responsible for insurance at the location.
When do we pay?
Payment in full is required before the furnishings leave the warehouse. If additional
months are required, each additional months rental fee is due before the month begins.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cheque, or debit.
